Esaote Mylab 25 machine has 2-D, spectral (PW/CW) and colourflow Doppler
imaging capabilities using 2.5-3.5, 3.5-5.0 and 7.5-10.0 phased array
probes. Lightweight portable machine which can be used on the floor or
mounted on a simple trolley or cart in the surgery. Imaging of small animals
is generally carried out using a customised echo table or a flat board with
a V shaped cut out or on the owners lap! This machine is ideal for this
mobile service and has proved to be very versatile in difficult practical
situations (sheds, stables etc).
